ORCAN is a web app that performs a real time orthologous sequence detection and facilitate evolutionary and functional annotation of a protein of interest.

ORCAN intergrates: 4 orthology detection programs, 5 on-line orthology databases and 5 sequence annotation tools using the most up to date reference data sets.
