*** File names description

# Expression data
All the expression data availible in mirEX are in the tabulator delimited CSV files with a header in the first line. Each '*.csv' file name contains information about: organism, mutant and development stage, respectively.
The '*mean.csv' files contain mean values calculated from the replicas data.
Files with the phrase 'all' in the name, contain data from all mutants and development stages of one organism.

# Sequence data
In the '.fa' files (FASTA format) you can find pre-miRNA sequences and primers of the single organism.
